Scallop Envelope Easter Baskets

Today I want to share with you the Easter basket and note  card I will be making with my regular ladies on Monday.

Starfruit-Basket-Set

Cute, right?  Here’s a close up of them:

I am really pleased with them…maybe even more so because I used Summer Starfruit and I love it!  I never imagined that I would even use it, let alone love it!  And I know my ladies will be impressed that I used yellow…..they always are!

But then I got to thinking….do we need them in more masculine colours?  Maybe we do…so I whipped something up, and here they are:

…and the close ups…

I’m really pleased with them too 🙂  So ladies, you will have the choice to make the Summer Starfruit version, or the Island Indigo one.

I made these baskets last year for my nephews for Easter.  You can see them here on my old blog.

Thanks for stopping by,

  1. Do you have a template or tutorial on the easter basket? I’d love to purchase from you if you do.

Hi Terri….I don’t have a tutorial or template for this…I saw it somewhere in blogland a long time ago, but I will put some instructions together for you over the next few weeks 🙂
